Description

A picture of the Courtroom. Photographer found not guilty.

The Courtroom appears to be a regular courtroom from the Frontrooms. It has everything you'd expect in a courtroom, including an Almond Water dispenser. You will either be sent here as "a witness" or "the defendant". If you are a witness, depending on what you're there for, you must state what you saw. If you're the defendant, your only hope is the defense. Attempting to run from the courtroom as the defendant before or during the trial will result in a ticket to Level !. Attempting to run as a witness will lead you right back to the Courtroom, same goes for Jury, Prosecutor or Defense.

Trials

Defendant: Entity 555

Reason sent here: Before the "You Win" level, Entity 555 would just kill anyone who lost their game and teleport anyone who won to the level they were in beforehand.

Result: Compromise made. After this, they made the "You Win" level and gave those who lost a chance to survive in the "Game Over" level.

Defendants: Approximately 24 Partygoers

Reason sent here: Only 24 Partygoers were captured, but a lawsuit was filed against all Partygoers in the Backrooms for transforming wanderers and entities into them.

Result: The entire Partygoer race currently has a death sentence, however only the 24 were killed because they are overpopulated and cannot all be gathered in one place.

Defendant: A Red Glowfolk

Reason sent here: This Red Glowfolk in particular got into a fight with a Wanderer, resulting in several injuries done to said wanderer.

Result: The Red Glowfolk won because they acted in self defense. Wanderer was arrested and sent to Level Lockdown.

Defendant: A Radio and a Television

Result: Trial cancelled. "Why the HELL are we sending objects to the courtroom? This is a court of law! What the hell were you guys even thinking!? It's a RADIO and a TELEVISION! What's your problem!?" - Redston

Defendant: Entity -188

Result: Trial cancelled. The lawsuit was filled out because "Entity -188 took my almond water. I saw it first".

Entities

Facelings

Facelings can be found as the Jurors. There are also usually Facelings that are the Defense or the Prosecutor, but they can also be Glowfolk.

Glowfolk

Usually found as the Defense or the Prosecutor. Almost always Red Glowfolk.

The Judge

The Judge, of course. He is very strict and will decide if the defendant is guilty or not guilty depending on the argument given by the Defense/Prosecutor.

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

  • Filing a lawsuit against something or someone will send you here to settle said lawsuit. You will also be sent here if you are included in another lawsuit.

Exits

  • Win the trial and you'll be sent to Level 9.11 or, if you prefer, the level you were at before you were sent here, or you can stay.
  • Losing will send you to Level Lockdown as a prisoner, sentence varies between days-years. Losing may also give you the death sentence.
  • Escaping through the window as the defendant will send you to Level 9, and you'll likely be on a "Wanted" list all over the Backrooms.
  • There are three doors you can exit through. The left door will take you to Level 11, the right will take you to Level 9.11, and the middle will bring you to Level -151.
You know. Feel free to make this look better. I made this when I was tired. - AA
