The Fun Wars
This page is part of the Soulverse canon.
The first Fun War
The first Fun War was between the Partygoers and an entity called the Partypoopers, not much is known about the war or the Partypoopers as they were completely wiped out. Therefore this war was presumed to be a Partygoer Victory.
The second Fun War
The second Fun War was instigated by a Partygoer attack on a large M.E.G outpost that had been built in a level connecting to Level Fun. This was the first interaction between the two groups, because of this, both factions supplied more and more troops to the battle thinking it was a small group of entities that needed wiping out. The unfamiliarity of the Partygoers to the M.E.G resulted in high M.E.G casualties and the outpost being razed. Further altercations soon after also resulted in Partygoer victories. This can be seen in the tale Probably Nothing.
The third Fun War
Sporadic encounters and fights between the M.E.G and the Partygoers meant the M.E.G quickly learnt more about them. Operation Blindside was launched three years after the second Fun War, a M.E.G attempt to kill as many Party Hosts as they could. It resulted in 104 dead Party hosts, 700+ dead Partygoers and 539 dead or missing Eliminators, Despite the huge casualty rate, the M.E.G called the operation a success and Partygoer activity was drastically reduced for the next five years.
The fourth Fun War
Six years after the third Fun War the Partygoers created a temporary link between Level Fun and The Hub, the largest M.E.G colony. This resulted in approximately 5000 Partygoers attacking a force of 550 guards, 320 eliminators. After 12 hours of combat the casualties were an estimated 1000 dead Partygoers, 400 dead guards, 280 dead eliminators and 800 dead citizens. By this time reinforcements from nearby outposts and colonies as well as four Committee members arrived to push back the Partygoers and seal the entrances to Level Fun. Measures have been put in place to stop this from happening again such as [Redacted by The Committee].
