The Great Beyond is the level that surrounds the Blue Channel and the whole Backrooms, feeding "life and soul" to it and keeping it stable and steady. Most people think of it as a "safe haven", as it is presumably the opposite of The Deep End. The Great Beyond resembles an empty, infinite room with white "walls“ that have endless length and bright white lights that blinded your own vision. As you wander the area of this level, you will get this "safe and peaceful" feeling that makes you very relaxed and calm, this effect is called the "Calamity Effect". Sometimes wanderers who enter here will think they're in heaven, and enjoy this level peacefully, causing many people to say it is a "safe haven". Supplies can be found here often, as it magically "grows" in the "floors" in The Great Beyond. It is also considered as an "anti-void" due to it being all white and peaceful. Truly, you are the only thing existing, as everything around you doesn't actually exist, there are no walls, floors or lights, it is just you, floating in the whiteness. It is rumored that this level leads to a much more worse fate than you can imagine, but this has not been confirmed yet. It is advised to not explore this level too much, as further anomalous properties have yet to be documented.

There is no entities in The Great Beyond except the supposedly "relative" who always asks you for a cup of tea as shown in the log. This is a safe haven, my child. No entities are here to attack. It is just you, and me.

Even though this level is a safe haven, there is no documented colonies and/or outposts as of now.

Spend 1 year here and you will be teleported to The Worst Fate, however this is just a rumor- Why leave so soon? This place is better than reality itself :)
