So powerful.
So majestic.
It could take a thousand lives.
But then it changed, and something grew out of it.

And suddenly, this wall was no longer just a wall.

The Great Wall Of [REDACTED], also known and mentioned as "The Wall" and "The Watcher", is a dangerous entity with unimaginable power and knowledge of things such as important events that date back to before the existence of the universe. The first existing records of the existence of The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] date back to 2300 BC, as multiple unearthed carvings on the walls of caves that reference the wall date back to that epoch. A theory states that following the creation of the universe, The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] had been corrupted by an unknown substance that appeared alongside the universe according to certain discovered notes (one of which, has been pasted above). Although a formal name for the substance hasn't been decided upon, the officials that are currently investigating the entity referred to the strange material as [REDACTED] for the time being, thus creating its name. Since the project of investigation is still in its very early stages, the information thus gathered must be taken with a grain of salt, as there is no reliable way yet to confirm or deny the investigation team's findings.
The entity's appearance is exceptionally strange. It resembles a gigantic wall of unknown measurements with an enormous eye at its core. It's made out of a substance that officials currently call [REDACTED], as no attempt to identify the substance has proven successful. The eye on the wall is its only known weakness. If a wanderer manages to stab or otherwise damage the eye, the entity would fade away, dying. However, the wall has defensive measures of its own. The corpses of the wanderers who have tried killing the entity can be seen stretching from the wall, seemingly alive. However, they are not. The wall has the power to reanimate corpses for them to do their bidding. Most corpses will use their "hands" to latch onto the wanderer, which then they will rip apart limb from limb. However, some corpses are armed with weapons such as knives and will attack whoever tries to approach the entity. Much like the entity, the corpses have also been covered in the substance [REDACTED].
Although it's possible to defeat this entity, it is strongly advised not to underestimate its abilities, as some of its abilities can defy the laws of physics. The entity can only travel through Boundaries and not regular levels. Its abilities include wrecking areas, turning everything upside down, and even using the corpses that it controls to break through walls. It can also suck a person's soul, leaving them to roam around mindlessly. It can also expand or shrink at will, but the entity very rarely uses this ability, only using it when endangered. It can also quickly regenerate and even grow limbs by using the strange substance it is covered in.
The entity has the ability to speak, however, the way it communicates is very odd. It can somehow speak without a mouth and only speaks in gibberish. However, its "words" are linked, and it communicates by using only the first letter of the words it invented (ex. should the entity say "tsajd hrj elwq", it means "the".) However, after its way of communication was deciphered it refuses to speak to regular human beings and instead only talks to other powerful entities.

— A message that had been scribbled in one of The Great Wall Of [REDACTED]'s records.
The wall's behavior is constantly fluctuating depending on its mood, sometimes being extremely hostile and attacking anyone who gets in its way, and sometimes, when it's more relaxed, it will share its wisdom and knowledge with other people. However, most of the time it is emotionless, and will refuse to do anything but sleep by closing its eye.
Although only three of the entity's emotions have been observed thus far, it is believed to have a much wider range of emotions than a human, encompassing emotions that aren't possible for us to comprehend.
The entity's modus operandi is unpredictable. Sometimes it will attack directly, and sometimes it will plan a sneak attack. Should an attempt be made to harm or assassinate the entity, attacking directly would be the worst possible option, since the entity is believed to be omniscient. Hence, the only way to successfully damage it would be in indirect ways ej. planning a sneak attack.

As stated before, the biology of The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] is a huge wall with infinite width and immense height, which is covered by a black, gooey substance which officials call "[REDACTED]". In the middle of the wall lies an eye which is its only weakness. Corpses can be seen stretching out of the entity, some of them holding weapons. These corpses are the entity's servants and will attack anybody that goes near it.
The following below is an analysis of The Great Wall Of [REDACTED]'s physiology and power:
Strength[]
The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] has a lot of strength, as the corpses that stretch out of the entity will attack anybody that goes near it. Some of them even hold weaponry such as guns and knives. The entity also has its own defensive measures, being able to create an invisible forcefield that surrounds the entirety of the entity. Any person that makes contact with the forcefield will burn to death.
Durability[]
The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] is insanely durable, as not only is it capable of summoning its own forcefield, but also its intimidatingly big physique is covered in a black, sticky substance that suffocates anyone who tries to break into it. The eye at its core is its only known weakness thus far.
Mobility[]
Due to The Great Wall Of [REDACTED]'s colossal dimensions and lack of limbs, its mobility is very limited, forcing it to glide along the floor like a snail.

The Great Wall of [REDACTED] was discovered about 2300 BCE. Carvings of the entity were discovered inside caves. These illustrations include information about humans attempting to attack the creature. Aside from these paintings, there were other uncovered notes with information concerning the entity scribbled on them. All of these remarks state that the entity existed before the universe or the space-time continuum. According to the writings, the entity was initially a typical wall but attained awareness and witnessed the creation of the cosmos. The entity drew a particular substance from the cosmos, which caused it to become corrupted.
The Great Wall of [REDACTED] was mentioned in several records. These records contained information about the entity that could not be made public. The records contained practically all of the entity's information, including how to kill it, but one day they inexplicably vanished and were discovered in a raging inferno shattered beyond repair.
Nobody knows how The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] arrived at the Backrooms, or if it ever witnessed the Void Incident or not. To this day, these little bits of information are lost to history...

For a quick recap, one of the most famous wanderers in the Backrooms, Brian Xavier, has found yet another mysterious entity to add to his discoveries. The length of the entity seemed to be endless, stretching infinitely, but it turns out that the entity can change its size at will. We have attempted to contain this entity with exceptionally strong materials, but because of the entity's strength, nothing so far has been able to contain it. The entity is really powerful and wise, and resembles a wall with a gigantic eye made out of a mysterious substance that has yet to be identified. We have tried to perform a biopsy on it but were deemed unsuccessful.
My sincerest apologies, but Brian advised against disclosing too much information about the entity for safety and confidentiality reasons. I assure you, once we're done with containment, I will contact you as soon as possible. Project T.G.W.O.R
If you are reading this message right now, then that means you have been assigned and are now a part of Project T.W.G.O.R, which stands for The Great Wall Of [REDACTED]. Project T.G.W.O.R is one of the biggest projects in one of the biggest research groups, N.O.R.M.A.L.V.E.R.S.E. Two of our most trusted wanderers, Brian Xavier and Lori Summers, have both discovered a gigantic entity lying in the depths of The Chamber (a Boundary) and we have captured and contained it for the sake of research and mankind.
The main purpose of this project is to not only research The Wall's high intelligence, but also to find out what it is made of. These two objectives have yet to be found as we continue researching and interviewing The Wall. We believe that The Wall is an important key to saving mankind. The substance of The Wall was presumed to be mere entity skin, but after some tests w,e realized the substance was never seen or heard of before. This substance will be labeled as [REDACTED] for now.
We predict that Project T.G.W.O.R will take at least a hundred years until all objectives have been fully completed. We are mainly interviewing and studying The Wall's properties for now. We have also delved deep into past records and have found out that The Wall had existed before the inevitable creation of the Backrooms. This raises predictions that The Wall could have come from a different planet or dimension.

We have a total of 5 objectives we want to complete in Project T.G.W.O.R:
Study every single one of The Wall's properties (90% complete, still need to write a document and find out if there are any more hidden properties)
Figure out the origin of the substance (3% complete, past records barely show anything about the mysterious substance)
Find out the origin of The Wall (15% complete, we have mapped out some parts but we can't seem to figure out the actual timeline of events)
Find out the relation between The Wall and The Chamber (0% complete, we have not found anything yet)
Utilize The Wall's power in order to gain information about interdimensional travel (15% complete, we are working on utilizing its power but we still haven't found how to access interdimensional travel yet)

Theories[]
VO-003?[]

There have been many instances in which wanderers have been able to find what seems to be a crack in The Void. This has been proven to be true as actual video evidence has been provided to higher officials. The Great Wall Of [REDACTED] had been accidentally shown a video of one of these instances and its behavior was exceedingly strange. Its once bored expression had morphed into excitement. It seemed to be rather interested in the video, providing attention as each second of the video passes by. This has raised many rumors, some predict that the crack and the entity have some sort of relation, whilst others suspect that the crack may lead to where the entity originated from.
Even after many hours of study and careful consideration, higher officials still could not figure out what their next plan of action would be. They eventually designated the crack as Void Object 003 until further evidence was found. This caused a big stir amongst lower levels of the organization, which then led to riots and therefore death. There were more than 75 casualties until the people had settled down.
VO-003 resembles a crack. This crack can take many different forms and shapes at different times. A glowing light appears behind the crack, blinding anyone who dares to directly stare into it permanently. Sunglasses and other eye-protecting objects have been tested but all have failed. The crack also appears to change size, growing and shrinking every minute. Due to the importance of VO-003, this phenomenon has been hidden from the public.
