This Level is 100% safe. Some of the entities here are real people, who live together in apartments. A typical apartment in a night city is 3-6 rooms for 1 apartment. In ordinary entrances of the level from 1 to 15 floors and from 60-170 apartments. The apartments are made in different colors, and it is a pleasure to live in them. On this level, there are a lot of Russian and foreign shops, cafes, etc. There is even a police officer, but she was last seen on 06/03/1973; and the first computers were not on "BackOS" but on "Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 ENG). But 25% of the PC is on the "BackOs". People who live at the level do not want to live at Level 11 the reason for this is unknown the user did not write the reason.
