Description
Level 5 R is a complex of random abandoned dorm rooms to get lost in. All of the hallways and rooms in this level are lined with yellow walls and stucco ceilings, with each room having pillars holding up the ceiling.
The rooms and hallways of Level 5 R are also extremely damaged, and look to be abandoned, much like Level 5 L and Level 3 R. On these walls wanderers will find some windows, which lead out to fog. This fog is believed to be the fog of Level 1 R, but this has not been confirmed. The floors of Level 5 R have holes, leading down to "nowhere" as many unlucky travelers have said. Jumping down these holes will possibly lead to The Void. But with no travelers returning out alive, this to, is also unconfirmed.
The exact size of this level has been impossible to measure because wanderers who try to will end up looping back around to the room they started in. This will happen even if you go far, far away from your original starting point. Going in a straight line will loop you back around to where you were. Even climbing many of the stairs will somehow, send you back to your original starting point. For this reason Level 5 R is very difficult to escape from. Random beds and desks that look similar to the beds and desks in Level 5 will block your path. The desks could sometimes have Almond Water and Energy Bars if you break them open.
Wanderers who have been in this level have said to have become extremely fatigued while exploring this level. After just 30 minutes, one could go insane. After just 40 minutes, an anomalous unknown entity known as Strikers (that are native to only the Rightrooms) will appear in these aforementioned windows. Strikers on Level 5 R have been reported to be more aggressive than their counterparts on Level 4 R. Many Strikers will reach into the Level from the windows and reach for a desk, upon grabbing one, the entity will proceed to throw it at where they think the wanderer is.

Entities
On one report, a wanderer found an Insanity. But this level is mostly inhabited by aggressive Strikers.
Striker
Strikers are large, quadrupedal entities that are coated in a pitch-black color. They seem to be very thin, which is used to mainly cause the disappearance of wanderers. They appear to be looming outside of the windows previously mentioned. Strikers appear to extend their long arms into windows, breaking them and searching for wanderers. Upon a wanderer being grabbed, it is unknown where they go, with only one report of someone appear to go to one of Level 6's sublevels. In some levels, Strikers have been also reported to throw objects to deter the wanderer from escaping.

Entrances
- Entering a random door that leads to nowhere on Level 4 R will lead here.
- Follow broken roads to a Dormitory on Level 1 R to enter this level.
- Following red exit signs on Level 4 L will lead here.
- Turning off the music on Level 5 L will put you to sleep, you will then have a chance to wake up here.
